Best Flexible Booking Plan – Payment Policy

• This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to 30 days before arrival.
• A deposit of 30% of the total rental value is required upon booking to confirm a reservation
• The remaining amount (70%) is due to arrival.

Best Flexible Booking Plan – Cancellation Policy

• If booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card (the deposit is refundable in this case)
• If booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date or in case of a no-show, 50% (30% deposit + 20%) of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
• In case of an early departure or Non Show, 50% (30% deposit + 20% of the remaining balance) will be charged to your credit card

Non Refundable Booking Plan – Payment Policy

• A 10% discount has been applied to this Booking Plan therefore no Free Cancellation is allowed.
• Full prepayment is required at the time of Booking. Pre payment is charged at your credit card.

Non Refundable Booking Plan – Cancellation Policy

• The amount is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification

Check In: 14:00 – Check Out: 11:00.
Guests have complete use of the villa.
The villas accommodate up to 8 people.
